Most people need a coach!
For the last two years I have become mildly obsessed with exercise in general, and more specifically with CrossFit which is a US-originated form of training (usually done in a group) which incorporates barbells as well as a wide variety of other movements. As a result I have become fitter, stronger and more confident and I think this has translated into better results in other areas of my life.
Before I started training with proper coaches at Crossfit MaxOn in Macclesfield (formerly SC360), my exercise 'regime' was unstructured and unplanned and would amount to a range of different activities like walking, jogging and cycling. With no goals and no way to measure progress, it had no lasting effects. In short - I didn't know what I was doing.
You maybe see where I am going with this now - coaching and advice from a professional can lead to better results in other areas. You maybe have a pension, that you pay into each month (although you could afford to pay more) and you have some cash savings, but they are not really working for you... or you could pay a chunk off your mortgage... but what should you do? Hmmm ... look on the internet... erm ... ah... I'll just leave things as they are for now.
Why not contact Mulberry Financial to put a bit of structure into your finances? Maybe we can turn your flabby pensions into a six-pack!
