What we will provide for you

- We will ask about your long-term goals, and help you to achieve them
- We will exceed the levels of service expected of us by our regulator, the Financial Services Authority (FSA)
- We will provide timescales for you and we will inform you if these timescales cannot be met
- We will react to any suggestions or comments that you make about our service, in order to continuously improve
What we want in return
- You will provide us with the information that we need to give you advice, within agreed timescales
- You will make time available when we need your input to the advice process
- You will be open and honest with us at all times
- You will tell us if you have any concerns about our service
- You will pay us any charges that are due, within agreed timescales
- You will tell your friends if you think that they would also benefit from our services
